Job Description
				  Main Responsibilities 
-  Design and develop applications and components within the MuleSoft Anypoint environment, using Anypoint Studio and Design Center and Management Center. 
-  Develop new APIs and Microservices based on new requirements. 
-  Continuously improve DevOps practice and tooling to deliver a robust digital landscape. 
-  Collaborate with Consumer Services business teams to understand and aligh their Mulesoft and integration related DevOps needs. 
-  Adopt Automation as a core design principle, integrating it into everything built by all teams. 
-  Collaborate with software developers, system operators and other IT team members to manage code releases. 
-  Break down silos between software development, testing, implementation and operations teams and to ensure smooth collaboration during design, planning and testing 
-  Create and share operational requirements and development forecasts to facilitate accurate project planning and timelines. 
-  Deploy new modules and upgrades, and handle fixes within the production environment. 
-  Perform routine application maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and resolution of issues. 
-  Manage the performance of applications, evaluate performance issues, propose recommendations, and assist with modifications or identify alternative solutions. 
-  Provide technical support (e.g., Level 2 support) as needed. 
-  Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience. 
-  Support Group-level and country-level business teams (across 8 countries in the CEE region) to leverage Group-level DevOps capabilities. 
-  Identify gaps and issues with current digital landscape and assist in designing solutions to address them. 
 About Your Experience and Skills 
-  Bachelor’s degree: master’s degree is a plus. 
-  Specialization in IT / Computer Science / Engineering  is preferred. 
-  or completed coding bootcamps or have demonstrable experience in programming. 
-  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mulesoft Developer 
-  Experience with CI/CD technologies related to Mulesoft development 
-  Minimum 2 years of experience in working in an agile environment across multiple projects Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. 
-  Strong Mulesoft development expertise. 
-  Strong understanding of API Lifecycle, including Mule Flows and Components, Dataweave, Error handling and Logging. 
-  Proficient in API Governance, API administration, Policies and Analytics. 
-  Capable of writing clean, reusable, maintainable and scalable Dataweave code. 
-  Experienced with GIT, versioning, and CI/CD practices. 
-  Familiar with integration patterns such as Sync/Async, Batch Processing, Pub-Sub, SFTP File Transfer, Data Aggregation, Data Streaming etc. 
-  Involved in architecture/code reviews, providing mentorship to less experienced members. 
-  Strong understanding of infrastructure (e.g. Servers, Load Balancers, VPN, VPC)
-  Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Design Center and Management Center. 
-  Experienced with CloudHub and/or Standalone Runtimes/Runtime Fabric, ideally deployed on Microsoft Azure. 
-  Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps tools. 
-  Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps. 
-  Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite. 
-  Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence. 
-  Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality. 
-  Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and security in development. 
-  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions. 
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-functional collaboration.
