At Sparkle Car Wash, our people make the difference. Every car we wash, every customer we serve, every smile we earn – it’s all because of the team behind it. We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to take charge during our second shift, keep operations running smoothly, and lead a great team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Close the site with confidence, keeping operations running like clockwork.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and operational excellence that Sparkle is known for.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Support inventory management and assist in training new employees.
Earn commission on club plans – all employees, management and non-management, are eligible!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to communicate with your team.
A people-first mindset – putting teammates and customers first, every time.
Pride in your work and a drive to maintain top-tier operational standards.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership is preferred.
Someone ready to grow, take on responsibility, and shine with us.

Pay & Perks:

$16.50–$17.50/hr
Commission on club plans for all employees
