Sr.Web Developer W/Cloud&WCAG 2.1

Technical and Development Skills

• Drupal/Acquia CMS expertise - developing, deploying, and maintaining modules, themes, and configurations.
• Web development - strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
• Cloud services management - experience with AWS CloudFront and AWS WAF for performance, optimization, and security.
• Defect and enhancement support - debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements in a collaborative, agile environment.

Accessibility Skills

• WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 compliance - identifying accessibility issues and guiding remediation efforts.
• Assistive technology testing - familiarity with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and color contrast tools.
• Accessibility documentation and training - communicating accessibility requirements clearly to developers and content teams.

CMS Enhancement and Integration Skills

• System integration - migrating or connecting custom web applications to the CMS.
• Automation of content updates - building scripts or tools to streamline content publishing workflows.
• Roadmapping and planning - defining scalable strategies for future CMS extensions.

Knowledge Transfer and Documentation

• Technical writing - ability to create clear and accurate documentation, user guides, and desk manuals.
• Training and mentoring - conducting workshops or peer sessions to share technical knowledge.
• Collaboration and communication - working effectively with cross-functional teams for ongoing knowledge exchange.
